User Experience Designer

Background:

• Client is seeking a Mid to Senior UX Designers to support our Fulfilment and Core Services (F&CS) domain. Our mission is to create a better for generations to come, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and efficiency.
• The Senior UX Designers will work within agile digital teams alongside Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders. Focus areas include enhancing user experiences in store operations or optimizing first- and last-mile logistics processes.

Requirements:

• User Flow Design: Design intuitive flows by using and enriching our Design System, ensuring consistency across fulfilment solutions.
• Experience Crafting: Create user experiences that balance user needs and business goals, enhancing co-worker and customer interactions.
• Design implementation: Use your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless implementation of design outcomes.
• Proven portfolio: Strong design portfolio, highlighting user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces (Figma expertise required).
• Agile mindset: Adaptable in fast-paced environments, using feedback for data-driven design improvements.
• Collaboration Skills: Team player who values togetherness and enjoys achieving shared goals.
• Expertise in crafting intuitive and engaging learning workflows.
• A deep understanding of accessibility and user needs in educational contexts.
• Proven experience in balancing information density with ease of use.
