Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and functionality in Unity using C# and Unity's API
• Evaluate the potential use of new Unity features and technologies within the project
• Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and project architecture
• Develop major games from scratch

Requirements

• Relevant higher degree
• 3+ years of professional experience with Unity and C#
• Excellent understanding of the UnityEngine code library
• Proficiency in profiling and optimizing game and render performance (GPU and CPU)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting
• Fluent English and Italian
• Willingness to work onsite (Florence) 3 days per week

Preferred:

• Experience working with game assets and asset bundles (meshes, animations, materials, etc.).
• Experience working on physics-based game projects
• Experience with mobile game development is a plus
