Role Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to integrate our teams into an international financial services environment, contributing to the rollout of regulatory cybersecurity initiatives aligned with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

You will be part of a cybersecurity governance team, acting as a bridge between regulatory requirements and operational execution, supporting multiple entities in strengthening IT risk management, operational resilience, and cybersecurity maturity.


What you will do:

  • Maintain and drive the implementation roadmap for regulatory initiatives (tasks, milestones, and deliverables);
  • Coordinate stakeholders through steering committees, workshops, and regular follow-ups to ensure alignment and progress;
  • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) into actionable cybersecurity and IT resilience measures;
  • Provide hands-on support to technical and business teams, helping implement controls such as third-party monitoring, backup strategies, and resilience testing.


What you are like:

  • Experience in IT project management within cybersecurity, risk, or regulatory environments;
  • Experience in working with cybersecurity frameworks, IT risk management, or operational resilience topics;
  • Comfortable translating regulatory requirements into practical implementation actions;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Familiar with regulatory frameworks such as DORA or similar standards (considered a strong plus).
