Offices in Porto (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven initiatives within a multi-stakeholder environment;

• Leverage generative AI tools and agentic workflows to support product activities such as documentation, data analysis, and decision-making;

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data teams, and external partners to deliver value iteratively;

• Translate complex business needs into clear, measurable, and actionable requirements while tracking KPIs/OKRs and communicating progress to senior stakeholders.

What you are like:

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar);

• Proven experience in Product Management (digital products, internal platforms, or B2B/B2C solutions);

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and strong interest in automation and agentic workflows;

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and experience in multi-stakeholder environments (experience in large-scale transformation projects or retail is a plus).
