Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's team on a daily rate contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business needs and project scope.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery teams and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
• Ensure traceability of requirements from inception through implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, requirements tracking, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Figma (or similar front-end design/prototyping tools) and the ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI teams.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, processes, and solutions.
• Experience creating business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills
