Project Manager- Scrum/Agile Lead 
 
Location: Cork - Hybrid Working Model
Duration:  6+ months contract highly extendable
 
The Role
Drive high-performing agile teams through iterative delivery cycles, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while maximizing team velocity and product quality. Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Sprint Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) ensuring timely, focused, and productive sessions 
• Team Enablement: Remove impediments, coach team members on agile practices, and foster self-organizing, high-velocity teams 
• Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency 
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes, implement best practices, and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies 
• Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery timelines

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• 3+ years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery 
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification 
• Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) 
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills 
• Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management

 
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
