Scrum Master

Offshore India

Remote (overlap to 11am or 12pm EST – lunch time USA hours)

12month + extensions for good performance

Biggest thing: no past role that tenure is less than 2-3 years

Must Haves:

6+ years as a Scrum Master leading full lifecycle project delivery and integrations

Experience supporting Product, Loyalty, Application Development, Software, or Systems teams

Strong Agile coaching background with a proven ability to improve team performance

Enterprise-level experience

Experience managing vendors and driving accountability across multiple teams

Excellent communication and executive-facing skills

Engaging, confident personality with the ability to influence and drive projects forward

Pluses:

Agile/Scrum certifications

Travel or hospitality industry experience

Day-to-Day

Lead Agile delivery for enterprise projects and integrations

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove roadblocks

Coordinate across business, IT, development, and vendor teams

Drive accountability, manage risks, and keep projects on track

Communicate status and priorities to leadership and executives
