UX Researcher

UX Researcher vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product and service decisions.
• Analyse, synthesise and present research findings, insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use research-driven evidence to guide product strategy, unblock partners and support user-centric decision-making.
• Develop and apply inclusive research practices that support accessible and equitable product experiences.
• Define and own research frameworks, surveys or methodologies for complex projects and programmes.
• Build consensus with stakeholders and influence solutions through clear, concise research storytelling.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in UX research across qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and user-centred design principles.
• Ability to translate research data into clear insights, recommendations and strategic input.
• Experience working on moderately complex or large-scale research projects with minimal oversight.
• Language skills: English
