Neodustria is a deep-tech company developing an Industrial Intelligence Platform for engineering, manufacturing and simulation.

We build software used to manage complex industrial knowledge, large engineering datasets, simulation workflows, and intelligent decision support for manufacturing organizations.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Golang Backend Architect to lead the design and implementation of the backend platform that powers our products.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable backend systems capable of processing large volumes of industrial data while maintaining high reliability, security, and performance.

This position requires strong architectural thinking, excellent software engineering practices, and experience designing distributed systems that operate in production at scale.

You will work closely with frontend engineers, AI engineers, simulation engineers, and product leadership to define the long-term technical architecture of the platform.

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Go.
• Architect distributed microservice-based systems.
• Design event-driven architectures for high-throughput applications.
• Build reliable APIs using REST and gRPC.
• Develop large-scale ETL and data processing pipelines.
• Design data ingestion platforms capable of processing millions of industrial records.
• Build integrations with external APIs and industrial data sources.
• Design asynchronous processing using messaging technologies.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-performance workloads.
• Design caching strategies using Redis.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Build containerized services using Docker.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes-based applications.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies.
• Develop integration, end-to-end, and performance tests.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Monitor platform health using observability tools.
• Review code and maintain high engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Minimum 8 years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Strong professional experience with Golang.
• Extensive experience designing distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
• Experience with Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience building high-performance REST and gRPC APIs.
• Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience with Redis.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale ETL pipelines.
• Experience processing large datasets efficiently.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Testing Automation Capabilities
• Experience with Git.
• Strong understanding of software quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
