HR Specialist

As part of the European HR team at United Imaging, the HR Specialist plays an important role in delivering a positive employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations across the region.

This role is responsible for providing employee services across areas such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, employee transfers, contract preparation, and HR information centre support. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and employee data, etc.

In addition, the role will contribute to HR system implementation projects in Europe, supporting improvements in employee and manager experience, operational efficiency, and HR process optimization.

Main Responsibility

1.Employee Services & HR Operations

Provide HR operational support and employee services across the following areas:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Leave and absence management
  • Preparation of employment-related documents and contracts
  • Employee transfer administration
  • First-line support for employee questions related to:
  • HR policies and procedures
  • Employee data and records
  • HR systems and processes
  • Other employee questions as required
  • Management of the HR Information Centre
  • Expatriate administration and coordination
  • Other HR operational activities as required

2. HR Systems & Project Support

Support HR system implementation initiatives across Europe by:

  • Coordinating project activities and supporting project planning
  • Preparing and validating HR files and employee data for system implementation
  • Collaborating with project team members and stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved on time and with quality
  • Supporting process improvements and HR digitalization initiatives
  • 3., Additional HR Operational Support

    Provide support for broader HR initiatives and team activities, including:

    • Assisting with leadership, culture, and commercial capability sessions
    • Supporting HR communication platforms, including the HR team Lark site ; Maintaining HR KPI dashboards and HR performance reporting
    • Supporting employee recognition and engagement programs
    • Other ad hoc HR support activities as needed


    Basic requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or employee service centre/support functions
    • Experience supporting projects and familiarity with HR systems
    • Experience facilitating or coordinating online sessions or training activities

    Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently with data
