What are we looking for?
We are looking for an HR Generalist Technician to join our People Team at our plant based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
In this role, you will have to develop and manage the various People related processes by efficiently executing administrative, operational, and strategic activities associated with talent management, training, recruitment, compensation, and organizational development.
This role contributes to employee wellbeing, ensures compliance with People policies and procedures, and supports the achievement of the department’s strategic objectives.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage personnel administration processes and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze People KPIs (headcount, absenteeism, training, costs, etc.) and maintain organizational charts and workforce structures.
- Participate in internal communication, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure an excellent candidate and employee experience.
- Support development initiatives, performance management processes, and career development plans.
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning activities, and manage the learning platform.
- Collaborate on strategic HR projects focused on continuous improvement and people development.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing support and resolution for HR-related queries and issues.
What qualifications do you need?
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in dynamic or international environments.
- Advanced knowledge of HR management tools and metrics, including KPI tracking.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and talent management systems.
- High level of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
