🚀 We Are Hiring: Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for a dynamic Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) to join our team in Muscat, Oman!

This is a pivotal role that balances 60% strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning with 40% hands-on transactional recruitment operations to support our hospital’s growing healthcare network.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition (60%): Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing and talent acquisition strategies. Partner with hospital leadership to forecast manpower needs, build pipelines for critical roles (Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health, and Leadership), drive employer branding, and ensure full compliance with Oman labor laws and healthcare licensing.

Recruitment Operations (40%): Oversee day-to-day recruitment from requisition to onboarding. Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management; manage recruitment budgets, KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and HRMS/ATS platforms while collaborating across onboarding and licensing teams.

💼 What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, healthcare groups, or medical recruitment networks). Proven track record hiring Physicians, Consultants, Nurses, Allied Health, and corporate support staff. GCC healthcare recruitment and international sourcing experience is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management. An MBA/Master's degree or professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) will be a strong advantage.

Profile & Fit: A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills.

Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred. Willingness to relocate to Muscat, Oman is required.
