Delivery Manager

Site Delivery Manager, Hyperscale Data Centre Campus, Finland

Location: Southern Finland, site based

Our client is an international data centre infrastructure company delivering one of the largest hyperscale campus developments currently underway in Finland. Backed by significant capital and a leadership team with a proven record of delivering hundreds of megawatts at record speed, they are building their Finnish delivery team from the ground up, and this is the first hire.

The role

As Site Delivery Manager you will own the end-to-end delivery process on site, from equipment arrival through installation and commissioning to handover. This is a coordination and oversight position rather than a hands-on installation role.

You will:

• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors through delivery preparation, scheduling, lifting, installation and testing
• Oversee and support commissioning activities from Level 2 through Level 5, ensuring resources are mobilised and milestones are met
• Represent the delivery function in daily and weekly site meetings
• Participate in equipment inspections and walkdowns, documenting and escalating any damage or non-conformance
• Report progress, risks and issues to an international PMO, and lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, civil or related discipline
• 3+ years in data centre, MEP or large-scale infrastructure delivery with on-site coordination responsibility
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle from design and manufacturing through to on-site commissioning
• Knowledge of Finnish EHS requirements and local regulations is a significant advantage
• Fluent English as a working language; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for supplier coordination
• Proficiency with CAD tools and Microsoft Office
