Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple European markets. You'll drive regional product adaptation, localization, and growth initiatives while aligning product, business, regulatory, and customer needs. We need someone who can lead cross-functional delivery, define clear priorities and KPIs, and use data, research, and experimentation to improve product performance across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple European markets

• Lead regional product adaptation, localization, compliance-driven changes, and

market-specific growth initiatives

• Drive cross-functional delivery with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing,

and Operations teams

• Define priorities, KPIs, and success metrics together with Country Directors of the

respective regions

• Use data, user research, and experimentation to improve product performance across

regions

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, including senior leadership experience

• Strong experience owning multi-market or regional product strategy

• Solid understanding of product analytics, experimentation, user experience, and

growth

• Ability to align business, regulatory, and customer needs across different markets

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills

• Fluent English
