Your profile: 3+ years of experience as AM or similar in iGaming industry, skilled communicator, fluent in English and ideally in Serbian, proactive, relationship builder.
Your goal: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction, success and continuous business growth.
Your task: Act as the primary contact for clients, provide support, collaborate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to optimize outcomes and drive growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions using our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Development, Customer Support, Marketing, ... ) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate product updates, development roadmaps, and relevant features to clients.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize client outcomes.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, business trips, and industry events.
A sneak peek into the skill set ... have a look if you are a match:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development or similar client-facing role in the iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of online casino operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Fluency in Serbian is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips and client meetings abroad.
