About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cards Analytics Specialist to join a leading organization in the Banking & Financial Services industry. The successful candidate will support the Cards Product and Portfolio teams by delivering actionable insights that drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, profitability, and strategic decision making.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization within the banking or payments sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring portfolio performance reports and dashboards covering acquisition, activation, spend, profitability, delinquency, retention, and portfolio health.
• Perform portfolio segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis, A/B testing, control group analysis, and post campaign reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to support self service reporting.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to provide data driven recommendations.
• Analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance to improve business outcomes.
• Automate recurring reports and enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and business recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Cards Analytics, Portfolio Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Hands on experience with credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics.
• Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of portfolio KPIs including acquisition, activation, spend, retention, attrition, delinquency, profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Experience in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, campaign analytics, and business performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience in consumer lending or credit risk analytics
