Scrum Master (Only W2)

Position: Scrum Master

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 2+ months Contract

• Lead Agile software development teams as a Scrum Master, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Manage Scrum processes, sprint execution, release management, and maintain Scrum artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Remove team impediments, manage project risks, and promote Agile best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and software testing methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Leverage VersionOne or similar Agile management tools to track work and project progress.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Apply strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevSecOps, payroll systems, SDLC best practices, and mainframe environments is a plus.
• Required: Public Trust Clearance, Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent), and 5–7 years of Scrum Master experience supporting technology or software development initiatives. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent additional experience.
