Hepsipay

Hepsipay delivers a fast, secure, and holistic financial experience through its digital wallet infrastructure.

Going beyond the convenience of secure card storage and one-click payments, Hepsipay provides solutions to financial needs with its innovative products. Users can instantly find out their limits via Fast Loan to complete purchases without delay and meet their cash needs, while easily managing their gold, silver, and platinum savings through their digital wallets with the Precious Metals account.

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle of physical servers — planning, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning — across our multi-datacenter and cloud infrastructure.
• Define and improve operational standards, procedures, and automation for data center and infrastructure operations.
• Lead hardware incident and escalation management with vendors, driving root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
• Administer virtualization environments. Capacity, performance, and cluster health.
• Manage core services and platforms: Active Directory, DNS, backup solutions, storage, and asset management (ManageEngine).
• Govern firmware/software version and patch cycles with minimal service impact.
• Shape monitoring and observability strategy to catch performance, capacity, thermal, and power risks early.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as the team’s technical escalation point.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in data center operations or IT infrastructure, with growing responsibility.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware (Dell, HPE, Supermicro) and management tools (iDRAC, iLO).
• Strong command of virtualization technologies, with solid VMware (vSphere/vCenter) production experience.
• Solid Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and DNS.
• Experience with backup platforms and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
• Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana) — building dashboards and alerting.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts and terminology.
• Strong ownership, root-cause thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• Good English and strong communication and mentoring skills.
