What You'll Do
- Design engaging and user-centred experiences for mobile applications and web platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Participate in iterative design processes, rapidly incorporating feedback and refining solutions
- Critically evaluate design approaches and proactively suggest alternative solutions when appropriate
- Adapt designs to meet each client's unique business goals and user needs
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the product lifecycle
- Present and defend design concepts to clients, clearly communicating design decisions and recommendations
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products
What we're looking for
- Previous professional experience in UX/UI Design is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for both mobile and web applications
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and design thinking
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly organised profile with excellent critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Mandatory)
- Availability to undertake a Professional Internship (Estágio Profissional) is valued, but not mandatory. We also offer the possibility of a B2B contract
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design best practices
- Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
