Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM)

Location: Qatar (On-Site) | Full-Time (12 Months Extendable Contract)

Are you a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Access Portal (OAP CRM) and telecom customer management systems?

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer / SME with 8-10+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale CRM applications within the telecommunications sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of critical customer lifecycle, subscription management, and business operations platforms using PHP, Oracle Database, and modern web technologies.


What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Software Engineer / SME, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Oracle Access Portal (OAP) solutions that support customer onboarding, account management, billing operations, and service delivery across a large enterprise telecom environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and operational teams to build secure, high-performing applications that support complex workflows and customer journeys.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using PHP Yii2 Framework
  • Build and maintain telecom CRM solutions supporting customer and service lifecycle management
  • Develop scalable and modular application architectures
  • Manage full-stack development including:
  • Frontend development
  • Backend services
  • Oracle Database integration
  • Develop and maintain robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and application security best practices
  • Deliver audit logging and operational tracking for critical business functions

  • Real-time validation (blur, tab, submit)

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
  • Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
