Iskraemeco is expanding its presence and strengthening its project delivery capabilities. We are looking for an experienced, pragmatic and agile Project Manager who can take full ownership of complex projects — from the bid phase and customer engagement to successful implementation and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and programmes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timely decisions and effective execution.
- Prepare, manage and execute project communication plans across customers, project teams and management.
- Balance customer expectations with the company’s technical, operational and business capabilities.
- Lead, organise and coordinate project activities, adapting quickly and effectively when priorities, scope or circumstances change.
- Monitor sub-projects and related workstreams, including product development and implementation activities.
- Plan project timelines, resources, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Lead core project teams and ensure transparent communication within and outside the organisation.
- Prepare clear project status reports for management and other key stakeholders.
- Recognise opportunities to promote company solutions, including relevant cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Maintain control over agreed delivery timelines, budgets, costs and revenues.
- Provide proactive project support and ensure risks, issues and dependencies are clearly defined and managed.
We are looking for:
- 8+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably in an international or technology-driven environment.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience, from bid/pre-sales activities to delivery, implementation and closure.
- Excellent understanding of the full project lifecycle, project governance and delivery processes.
- Fluent in Polish and English; any additional local language is considered an advantage.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or equivalent).
- Strong business judgement, common sense and the ability to make practical decisions in complex situations.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to work in a home office setup with field work (up to 50%) across Poland and the Czech Republic.
- Valid driving licence, category B.
