Product Manager

Our customers rely on our platform to manage complex workflows, collaborate with partners, and deliver great service. When the product gets in their way, productivity suffers. When it works seamlessly, they can focus on what matters most.

We're looking for a Product Manager who puts customers at the centre of every decision and enjoys solving meaningful problems through simple, impactful products.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for your product area, from discovery through delivery.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and turn insights into product decisions.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
• Balance customer value, business goals, and technical considerations when prioritizing work.
• Use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve the product.
• Explore practical ways AI can improve both the product and internal ways of working.
• Align stakeholders across the business through clear communication and thoughtful prioritization.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of a product area or feature set.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and make steady progress.
• Strong product sense with a focus on usability and customer experience.
• Experience using data and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace products, or other workflow-intensive software environments is an advantage.
