Senior Agile Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead who can guide Agile teams, support product development activities, and ensure smooth and predictable delivery aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA engineers, UX/UI specialists, and business stakeholders to foster Agile best practices and delivery excellence.

A typical day might include the following:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensuring they bring value to the team.
• Supporting the team in planning, tracking, and achieving sprint goals.
• Monitoring delivery progress, team capacity, and commitments to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Identifying and removing impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
• Collaborating with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Working closely with architects and technical leads to understand dependencies, risks, and architectural considerations.
• Facilitating communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
• Coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders when needed.
• Promoting Agile principles, mindset, and best practices across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and experimentation for better efficiency and team health.
• Use data and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time, flow efficiency, impediments) to enable informed decisions.
• Managing delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Providing regular status updates and escalating blockers when necessary.
• Supporting alignment with product roadmaps, release plans, and organizational priorities.
• Creating an inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Mentoring less experienced Scrum Masters or Delivery Leads when applicable.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager within Agile environments.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional product teams in complex IT environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks ( Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
• Experience with Agile delivery metrics and scaling Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability.
• Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of software development processes, APIs, integrations, microservices, and modern software architectures.
• Fluent English communication skills.
