Your new Role:

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic liaison between the HR department and business units, partnering closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. You will be able to provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, performance improvement, and employee relations.


Your responsabilities will include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the talent acquisition process by defining and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs;
  • Training: Organise and coordinate the training sessions for employees and provide relevant reports;
  • Onboarding & Integration: Design onboarding strategies and actively support and monitor new employees (interns included) during their first year to ensure successful integration;
  • Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives;
  • Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes. Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges;
  • Payroll: Prepare payroll input and variables and act as key liaison with external payroll service provider ensuring on-time payment of salaries and emolumentos;
  • Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement;
  • HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision-making;
  • HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.


What you will need to be sucessful:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a service‑provider environment;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong team orientation, combined with outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, with the capacity to anticipate needs and address challenges with professionalism.
