We're building superhuman conversational AI for healthcare starting with some of the biggest Dental Groups in the country. Our first AI product captures missed calls and books appointments with a higher success rate than human receptionists. Our second AI product does Outbound Patient recall/re-care and proactively reaches out to patients to get them scheduled 3x more effectively than humans.

People love the product. We're growing 30% month-over-month and are already at 7 figure revenue. We have great investors and are looking to hire additional Software Engineers to build cutting-edge generative AI experiences. You will work directly with the founder and customers to create, design, and deploy these AI agents at scale.

What you'll do

• Work with leading LLMs to build exceptional conversational AI experiences for patients.
• Build and deploy the platform from the ground up, working directly with customers.
• Solve complex conversational AI workflows. This is hard - people can say anything over a call or text - but we're up for the challenge.

What you need

• 1-5 years of experience building and shipping products at scale.
• Winning mindset and attitude, with a relentless drive to succeed. The startup that wins this space will be one that works very hard and very smart. This is not a chill 9-5 job!
• Proven track record with more focus on back end: Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality products.
• Obsession for growth: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and master your craft. You believe you are in the top 0.1% of engineers, or could be if given the opportunity.
