Operations Analyst – Crypto Exchange | Dubai, UAE

We're currently partnering with a well-established crypto exchange in Dubai to recruit an Operations Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, operational experience, and an interest in digital assets to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.

As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the exchange, helping to improve processes, monitor operational performance, and ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily exchange operations and workflows.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce regular reports and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Customer Support, and Product teams.
• Assist with transaction monitoring, reconciliations, and operational controls.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of new operational procedures and platform enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A genuine interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a crypto exchange, fintech, payments, or trading environment.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain fundamentals.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC operational processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with operational risk management and process optimisation.
