Ailin is looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to help shape the future of digital healthcare 🚀

They’re building a healthtech platform focused on accessible at-home lab testing and digital health solutions, and are looking for someone who can own product strategy end-to-end while working closely with engineering, design, and operations.

💼 YOUR MISSION

• Define and own Ailin’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive product solutions for patients and healthcare professionals.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to bring impactful products to life.
• Introduce and scale Agile product practices across a growing tech and product team.
• Advocate for technical excellence, ensuring we build reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI and digital health to continuously innovate and differentiate our offering.

🚀 WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
• Strong technical background - you might have started as a developer or engineer before moving into product leadership.
• Experience working closely with development teams, with a deep understanding of technical constraints and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a track record of driving Agile adoption within teams.
• Passion for healthcare innovation—experience in health/pharma/biotech is a strong plus.
• Familiarity or experience with AI/ML technologies is highly valued (and essential if your technical background is lighter).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and ideally French
