The Role

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
• Monitor international standards and translate them into product requirements and sales strategies
• Formulate Product Marketing Plans, including value propositions and launch strategies
• Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and winning strategies
• Provide R&D input for product development, evolution, and new generations
• Develop promotional activities and marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing communications team
  
  

What You'll Need

• HBO degree in a technical field
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Hydropower, or Water market sectors
• Additional knowledge in marketing, commercial strategy, and communication
• Proven experience with market analysis, product development, and business cases
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
