A leading banking institution in Luxembourg is looking for a talented UI Designer (with UX knowledge) to join a dynamic team working on digital products within the financial services sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-quality visual designs aligned with established design principles and brand guidelines.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable Design Systems.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, business stakeholders, developers, and product teams.
• Transform user requirements and wireframes into polished, engaging user interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with solid UX understanding.
• Strong expertise with Sketch.
• Extensive experience working with Design Systems and component libraries.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary Agile environments.
• Fluent French (mandatory).
• Good professional level of English.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience within the banking, financial services, or insurance sector.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating with product and development teams in large organizations.
