📢 Project Manager M365 (Senior & Specialist)

📍 Off‑site – International Project (Luxembourg)

🎯 Mission Context & Objectives

As part of the Microsoft 365 Roadmap 2025–2026, we are looking for four consultants specialised in User Experience Analysis & Design to support an international organisation in:

• enhancing the end‑user experience,
• increasing adoption of Microsoft 365 services,
• driving change management,
• delivering communication and training,
• and ensuring continuous improvement of M365 usage.

The consultants will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure structured, measurable, and user‑centric rollouts of new Microsoft 365 capabilities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

User Experience Analysis & Design

• Understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Design user journeys, prototypes, wireframes, and UX guidelines.
• Optimise user experience across OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Identify pain points and propose actionable improvements.

Change Management & Adoption

• Build and execute change management plans.
• Create adoption materials: guides, videos, newsletters, communication campaigns.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, webinars, and awareness activities.
• Support M365 champions and business teams.

Project Support & Documentation

• Contribute to requirements analysis and documentation.
• Support testing phases (UAT, acceptance testing).
• Produce reports, presentations, documentation, and communication materials.
• Coordinate with IT, business units, governance teams, and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor usage and adoption KPIs.
• Recommend improvement actions and follow‑up.
• Align M365 services with organisational needs.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap evolution.

👤 Required Profile (Senior & Specialist)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Platform
• Understanding of document and information‑management practices.
• Experience in change management (certifications such as Prosci, ITIL, PMP, Prince2 are a plus).
• Experience in project management, business analysis, and testing (UAT).
• Product management experience is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong drafting, documentation, and presentation abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.

📌 Senior vs Specialist

Senior

• 7–10 years of experience.
• Leads change management activities and adoption strategy.
• Facilitates high‑level workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Produces complex deliverables (roadmaps, frameworks, models).
• Acts as a UX/M365 reference point with strong autonomy.

Specialist

• 3–6 years of experience.
• Executes operational UX and adoption activities.
• Produces training materials, guides, and communication content.
• Supports testing, documentation, and requirements analysis.
• Monitors KPIs and contributes to reporting.
