HR Services Coordinator - Business Travel Support

Danske Bank
Lithuania · Full-time · Not Applicable

Job Description

At Danske Bank, we support employees working across borders and help ensure that international business travel runs smoothly and compliantly.

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented colleague who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, investigating discrepancies, and improving processes. In this role, you will help coordinate information related to international business travel while collaborating with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external experts.

You do not need to be a tax expert to succeed in this position. A general understanding of taxation principles is sufficient to start. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your analytical mindset, and your ability to understand how different pieces of information connect across a process.

Our external tax partner handles tax calculations and filings. Your role will focus on data coordination, process execution, quality checks, stakeholder communication, and helping ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

If you enjoy working with data, solving puzzles, asking questions, and finding the root cause behind process obstacles, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Join a supportive international environment where you will gain valuable knowledge about global mobility, employee taxation, compliance processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Collect, review, and coordinate employee travel and payroll-related information
  • Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or missing information
  • Collaborate with employees, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth process execution
  • Help ensure compliance-related deadlines are met and maintain accurate and reliable records across multiple systems
  • Investigate process challenges and identify root causes of data or workflow issues
  • Support employees by providing guidance on business travel-related processes
  • Track and coordinate information related to tax payments and refunds
  • Contribute to process improvements and employee experience enhancements
  • Work with large datasets and reporting to support operational decision-making

About you:

  • You enjoy working with data and turning information into insights
  • You are naturally curious and like identifying the root cause behind issues rather than simply fixing symptoms
  • You have experience in operations, HR, payroll, finance, compliance, customer service, administration, analytics, or a similar area
  • You are comfortable working with structured processes, documentation, and deadlines, and pay attention to details and take pride in delivering high-quality work
  • You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and building positive working relationships
  • You can explain complex topics in a simple and practical way and have good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • You are comfortable working with Excel and handling large amounts of information
  • Basic understanding of taxation, payroll, mobility, or compliance concepts would be an advantage, but not a requirement

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1880 EUR to 2820 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives employee benefits package which includes:

  • Growth opportunities: professional & supportive team, e-learnings, numerous development programs; (incl. professional certificates); 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.
  • Health & Well-being: a diverse, inclusive, work & life balance work environment; additional health insurance; mental well-being practices; partial psychologist counselling compensation; silence and sleep zones at the office; game rooms.
  • Hybrid working conditions: Work from home up to two days a week; home office budget (after the probation period); modern Danske Campus workplace developed with anthropologist for the best employee experience.
  • Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams in higher education institutions, and other important activities. Moreover, for seniority with Danske Bank.
  • Monetary compensation package: accidents & critical diseases insurance; financial support in case of unfortunate events, travel insurance; IIIrd Pillar Pension Fund contribution.

See all the benefits HERE.

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be HR Services.
