Job Description

Are you keen on data analytics and reporting? Do you want to be part of a highly motivated and well-functioning team? If so, you might be our new Data Analyst in Risk Reporting.

You will become part of Business Risk & Controls (BRC) in T&S (Technology & Services), which supports all of T&S on the risk agenda. BRC consists of four teams, and you will join a team of four in Risk Reporting & Review.

In Risk Reporting, we produce management reports that support risk-based decision-making, which is critical to the success of our organisation. Reporting timeliness and accuracy are key in driving us towards our thriving future.

You will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the option of working from home up to two days a week.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration around 18 months).

N.B. This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Develop and enhance ETL integration processes using relevant tools to ensure seamless data flow and system efficiency
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to facilitate data collection, including input for senior management updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and validate that Tableau report requests are fulfilled
  • Using prepared data solutions, design and produce strategic Tableau reports that support data-driven decision-making and meet organisational needs
  • Customise and enhance existing Tableau reports to meet requirements received from senior management
  • Take ownership of the reporting customer experience - think and act in ways that put customers first, provide seamless digital options at every touchpoint and help make them promoters of our products and services
  • Identify appropriate sources, validate information and optimise data sources for efficient Tableau report design and execution

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience working with complex analytical tasks using statistical or other analytics techniques
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and ETL processes
  • Experience with SQL and Python
  • Experience in designing effective visualisations using Tableau or a similar advanced visualisation tool, gained through real-world projects
  • A degree in a quantitative field that emphasises analytical skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Advanced English skills
  • Experience in training and providing expert guidance on Tableau techniques and best practices is beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range will be from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
