We are looking for a Junior Specialist HR to join the HR Administration Europe team, which is responsible for providing operational HR support to our Circle K employees, managers, and internal stakeholders across 12 European countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Junior Specialist HR (in HR Administration)

Type of employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

The Role

As a Junior Specialist HR, you will use your attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills to monitor and process staffing transactions in Workday, perform quality assurance controls, and help create exceptional employee experience.

Would You Like To

• Monitor and process Employee Data Management and Organizational Management requests in our global HRIS, Workday?
• Perform master data quality assurance controls?
• Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management System, ServiceNow?
• Support HR systems administration across Europe, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience?
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Higher education or last year student;
• Fluency in English to successfully communicate with colleagues abroad;
• Very good computer skills (MS Office);
• Analytical mindset;
• Multi-tasking & prioritization skills.
