About The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role combining delivery coordination, build and deployment execution, and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with teams to ensure builds are consistently delivered, tested, and available for review, while keeping communication clear and expectations aligned across all parties.

About The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing
Delivery & Coordination
- Maintain structure and visibility across ongoing deliverables, tasks, and milestones.
- Track ownership and deadlines, follow up on progress, and ensure timely execution.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to capture requirements, decisions, and action items.
- Document outcomes of discussions to ensure clarity and continuity for the team.
- Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Support prioritization and coordination across teams without direct managerial authority.
Work with existing tools and pipelines to:
- Create and manage builds.
- Deploy builds to target environments or devices.
- Prepare builds for internal testing and stakeholder review.
- Perform sanity checks, smoke testing, and basic validation of builds.
- Distribute deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, or environment-related issues where possible.
- Act as a practical technical support layer for delivery and release activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for delivery updates and build availability.
- Translate technical progress into clear, structured, and actionable updates.
- Ensure alignment of expectations between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Support transparent and consistent communication across all involved parties.
- Strong hands-on technical background (software, tools, or build systems relevant to the team).
- Experience with build systems, deployment workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to set up, run, and test builds independently.
- Comfortable working with existing tools and adapting to new ones quickly.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficient in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily).
- Excellent organization and task-tracking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across disciplines (engineering, QA, stakeholders).
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive, self-driven, and reliable.
- Experience in game development, software delivery, or technical production roles.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development workflows.
- Previous experience acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic scripting or automation experience.
- Monthly salary from 3700 EUR to 5500 EUR gross/per month.
