Senior Product Manager – Biopharma (Berlin | Hybrid)

Metric Bio are supporting an AI-driven health technology company in the search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of products used by biopharma customers in precision medicine and translational research.

The role will suit someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with a solid understanding of the drug development ecosystem and can operate comfortably in a highly scientific, technical environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for biopharma-focused solutions.
• Work closely with scientific, engineering and commercial teams to define and deliver new capabilities.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand unmet needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Drive product decisions using customer insights, market feedback and business objectives.
• Support the launch and adoption of new products and features.

Background we're interested in:

• Experience in Product Management within life sciences, biotech, health tech or scientific software.
• Understanding of biopharma R&D, biomarkers, pathology, diagnostics or precision medicine.
• Experience working with data and AI-enabled products would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
