At LTM Australia, we partner with some of Australia's leading enterprises to deliver large-scale digital transformation programs across Cloud, Data & AI, Enterprise Integration, Cyber Security and Managed Services.

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 expertise to support the delivery and operation of enterprise integration platforms for one of Australia's largest insurance organisations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a modern DevSecOps environment, enabling secure, automated and scalable software delivery while supporting mission-critical integration services across cloud platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and maintain enterprise MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 integration platforms in production.
• Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and reusable workflows.
• Automate application deployment, testing and release processes across multiple environments.
• Partner with development teams to implement DevSecOps best practices and continuous delivery.
• Monitor platform health, performance and reliability using modern observability tools.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, cloud and networking layers.
• Drive automation, platform improvements and operational excellence across engineering teams.
• Contribute to security, infrastructure and deployment standards while mentoring engineers on best practices.

We're looking for engineers with experience across many of the following:

• MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0
• Python automation and scripting
• GitHub Actions & CI/CD pipelines
• DevSecOps practices
• AWS (preferred), Azure or other cloud platforms
• Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic
• Kubernetes & containerisation
• Linux administration
• API-led connectivity and enterprise integration
• RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ (AMQ) and IBM MQ
• Networking fundamentals
• Infrastructure automation
• Production support and incident management
• ITIL environments
• Security controls, certificates and secrets management

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience supporting enterprise integration platforms in production.
• Proven background implementing CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across applications, cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for automation, continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
