Project Manager

About Position:

We are looking for a Security Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs and engagements within our Security Practice.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects – scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, GRC, SOC, and client stakeholders.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and report status to leadership and customers.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security standards, SLAs, and compliance obligations.
• Drive governance cadences, steering committees, and continuous improvement.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Between 8 to 12 years of experience in security project and program management.
• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT projects and programs.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains and delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
