About Position

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, enabling smooth team delivery, and ensuring predictable outcomes. This role focuses on removing impediments, improving delivery flow, fostering collaboration, and supporting the team in adopting Agile values and practices. You will work closely with cross?functional members to enhance productivity, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and impediments that slow down team progress
• Improve team flow, predictability, and delivery cadence
• Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum values, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure clear, refined backlog items
• Monitor sprint performance and support data?driven improvements
• Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders through clear communication
• Foster a healthy, collaborative, and self?organizing team environment
  
  

Expertise You'll Bring

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum principles, and delivery best practices
• Ability to identify impediments and drive resolution proactively
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder?management skills
• Experience improving team flow, predictability, and velocity
• Ability to work with distributed, cross?functional teams
• Analytical mindset with focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
