IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer

The IT Network/Systems Specialist/Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure in Azure, Google Cloud Platform and On-Premises. This includes servers, storage, network, and other critical components. The role involves basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure with good understanding of the concepts and experience on Azure, GCP, AD, SQL, Exchange/O365 and storage.

• Administer and maintain cloud services, including compute instances, databases, and other platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings.
• Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization environments.
• Deploy and configure servers on-prem/Azure/GCP, storage, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and optimize storage solutions, including Cloud and on-prem storages.
• Basic Networking experience and able to configure switches, routers, etc.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, Usage, security, and other relevant metrics
