STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Scrum Master Data Platform Experience on behalf of our client in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Agile professional to lead Scrum teams supporting enterprise data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and large-scale data platform transformations, with experience guiding teams through legacy data warehouse modernization and cloud adoption.

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Scrum Master Data Platform Experience on behalf of our client in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Agile professional to lead Scrum teams supporting enterprise data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and large-scale data platform transformations, with experience guiding teams through legacy data warehouse modernization and cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and facilitate smooth sprint execution.
- Coordinate enterprise data platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities and objectives.
- Monitor sprint metrics, velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery progress.
- Drive Agile maturity and recommend process improvements across teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with legacy platform retirement and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and effective communication across distributed teams.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- 3+ years of experience supporting cloud migration or enterprise modernization projects.
- Experience leading Agile teams through large-scale data platform or data warehouse transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing concepts and SQL.
- Experience with Teradata or other enterprise data warehouse platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and migration methodologies.
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on Agile delivery excellence.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting enterprise data modernization or cloud transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
- Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams.
