Director of Product Management

Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy across Lava Network’s decentralized infrastructure offerings. This role oversees the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver developer-centric solutions that support multi-chain web3 applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing product initiatives, refining roadmaps, aligning stakeholders on objectives and key results, and setting clear requirements for new features and improvements. The Director will analyze market trends, customer feedback, and platform data to inform decision-making, while mentoring product managers and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. This position also represents the product function in cross-functional planning, ensuring that releases are delivered on time and with high impact.
Qualifications

• Strong product strategy, with experience defining vision, roadmap, and positioning for technical products.
• Hands-on product management background, including ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles and outcomes.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, using data, experimentation, and market research to guide decisions.
• Proven team leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of mentoring product teams.
• Solid project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex releases.
• Experience in blockchain, web3 infrastructure, developer tools, or APIs is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with distributed teams across time zones.
