We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of digital products
  • Partner with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems and set measurable outcomes
  • Manage tradeoffs and deliver customer-facing features that improve experiences and grow the business
  • Define and align outcomes by clarifying problems, setting business/UX goals, and establishing KPIs
  • Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements and managing prioritization
  • Drive execution and learning by leading feature delivery and communicating updates

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment
  • 5+ years using analytics/optimization tools for product planning and prioritization
  • 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including building roadmaps/backlogs and writing/refining user stories
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications and comfort collaborating deeply with engineering
