Cyber Analytics Lead / Squad Lead

Hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week, onsite

Role Purpose:

Own end-to-end delivery of cyber analytics use cases (fraud detection, threat intelligence, anomaly detection) leveraging Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate cyber security use cases into analytics solutions
• Define detection logic (e.g., behavioural anomalies, intrusion patterns)
• Lead stakeholder engagement (SOC teams, security ops, risk)
• Govern data models, KPIs, and outputs
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery governance

Required Skills

• Strong cyber security domain (SIEM, SOC workflows, MITRE ATT&CK)
• Advanced analytics (SQL, PySpark, ML basics)
• Experience in Databricks notebooks, workflows, and Delta Lake
• Understanding of threat detection techniques (rule-based + ML)

• Prioritised analytics backlog
• KPI frameworks (risk scoring, alert accuracy, false positives)
