Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js aligned to performance, security, and scalability needs.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across environments.
- Containerize applications and support deployment strategies to ensure repeatable and reliable releases.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health; troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis with preventive fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deployment standards, release processes, and environment configurations.
- Improve system reliability through automation, infrastructure best practices, and operational runbooks/documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce quality standards, and contribute to secure coding and DevOps practices. Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development and/or DevOps with hands-on delivery ownership.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js with experience building and maintaining production-grade services/APIs.
- Working knowledge of DevOps fundamentals including CI/CD, automation, and deployment practices.
- Experience with Linux environments, version control (Git), and troubleshooting distributed systems.
