Role Summary: We are hiring for this role where the selected candidate will contribute to the design of the digital factory platform. You'll be working on tools that analyze live manufacturing data and support workflows from design to production. If you’re passionate about building real-world solutions that blend UX design, AI, and manufacturing, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape the mobile experience.
- Build UI and interaction design prototypes for exploration, testing, and cross-team alignment.
- Support the design and refinement of production tracking software used in manufacturing environments.
- Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback in design iterations.
- Participate in innovation sprints to connect workflows across the product development lifecycle.
- Align customer needs, business goals, and AI capabilities through user-centered design.
- Contribute to and help grow the design system with scalable UI and interaction patterns.
- 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong skills in user-centered design and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable designing for desktop, mobile, and browser-based platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Strong English presentation and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production environments.
- Experience with CAD/CAM technologies.
- Background in data visualization, 3D modeling, or simulation interfaces.
- Hands-on user research experience (interviews, usability testing, synthesis).
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and how physical products are made.
- Experience designing systematic workflows across multiple tools/platforms.
- Experience working in agile teams and contributing to UX/UI best practices.
