We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a major transformation program and support the delivery of a critical onboarding initiative. This is an urgent requirement for a hands-on Scrum Master who can join quickly and work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive the transition of a Proof of Concept (POC) into a live production environment.

Following the successful production rollout, the Scrum Master will play a key role in the wider program, driving multiple technical delivery pods and supporting the onboarding of additional entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Drive the successful delivery of technical workstreams, ensuring alignment with program milestones and objectives.
• Support the onboarding and transition of a POC into a production environment.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, managing dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, and Program stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Monitor team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between technical and business stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support the onboarding of additional entities and ensure delivery teams remain focused on program outcomes.

Required Experience

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale technology or transformation program.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience leading and coordinating multiple technical teams or delivery pods.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects from proof of concept through to production deployment.
• Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments while managing program risks and dependencies.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud, integration, platform, or digital transformation program.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting multi-entity onboarding or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
