Role Description This is a full-time, remote Full Stack Engineer role for UAE supporting senior IT opportunities and engineering projects. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, deliver features, and improve system architecture. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, write automated tests, document technical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with the ability to own features from design to deployment.
• Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UIs.
• Solid expertise in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
• Comfort working with cloud-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git) in collaborative teams.
• Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end) and a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with UAE or international distributed teams, and interest in UAE tech market and visa-sponsored career pathways is a plus.
