Location: Lisbon or Porto (Portugal)

Salary Range: €2,000 - €2,100 NET / month

Responsibilities

• Provides agile data, analysis, and strategic insights to the Global Markets front office by building robust databases from diverse sources.
• Responsible for the entire data lifecycle, including data feeds industrialization, ETL, data warehousing, and final data visualization.
• Core data processing and modeling are handled using Python and SQL, with products delivered via Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and Chatbots.
• Focuses on problem-solving, driving business growth, and taking ownership of complex analytical projects to deliver automated tools and data-driven solutions.
• Acts as a direct liaison between business areas (sales, traders, sponsors) and the technical team, translating business needs into technical requirements and explaining complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in any data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
• Professional experience in data analysis with programming, preferably Python (Pandas)
• Ability to analysze, synthetize and simplify.
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus.
• Knowledge in Big Data technology such as Pyspark, Presto and Airflow is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
• Fluent in English
