The Role

• Partner with product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders to define analytical priorities and deliver insights that drive decision-making
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and actionable outcomes
• Build dashboards and reporting that focus on meaningful KPIs across revenue, growth, and customer behaviour
• Analyse large-scale datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the platform
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through clear and compelling communication of insights
• Support experimentation and measurement strategies to improve product and commercial performance
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve tracking, data quality, and metric definitions

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in data analysis within a product-led digital environment such as e-commerce or marketplaces
• Advanced SQL skills, including working with complex datasets and optimised queries
• Hands-on experience with Python for analysis, modelling, or automation
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or AWS
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau to create impactful dashboards
• Strong understanding of key business concepts including customer lifecycle, monetisation, and growth metrics
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into business value
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and proactively identifying opportunities
