CAMILLA is on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Developer – Integration & Data to join our Technology Tribe.

What our Full Stack Developer – Integration & Data will be doing:
- Design, build and maintain integration flows across CAMILLA's growing technology ecosystem
- Develop and support real-time, event-driven integrations connecting platforms including NetSuite, Shopify, Centric PLM, Klaviyo and other business-critical systems
- Manage and optimise data pipelines that support reporting, analytics and operational decision-making
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related incidents, ensuring system stability and business continuity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to deliver scalable integration solutions
- Manage API integrations, data contracts and schema governance across connected systems
- Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboard solutions that provide visibility across the business
- Support CAMILLA's evolving AI roadmap through the integration of intelligent automation and emerging AI technologies
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed, testing, documentation and code quality
What we are ideally looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in Full Stack Development, Integration Engineering or Data Engineering
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python
- Experience working with integration platforms, iPaaS solutions or middleware technologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange protocols and system integrations
- Exposure to event-driven architectures, messaging platforms or Apache Kafka environments
- Experience building and supporting cloud-based data pipelines, ideally within AWS
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data sets
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD practices and collaborative development workflows
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor
- A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience within retail, fashion, eCommerce or omnichannel environments
- Exposure to platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo or similar integration technologies
- Experience working with Apache Kafka, event streaming or real-time data architectures
- Familiarity with AWS services including Glue, Redshift, S3 or Lambda
- Exposure to AI, machine learning platforms or intelligent automation initiatives
- Experience supporting complex enterprise technology environments with a blend of project delivery and BAU support
